amazing gym club lounge free cocktail
The gyms were amazing with ample equipment. i liked the variety with two gyms. the prestige club lounge had free breakfast. It also had cocktails with canapés, so i visited it several times.
the bar charged a fifty dollar minimum, then charged extra for ice.

charmed by spacious suite
big room helpful staff
the room was big! i was kinda surprised to see there's also a sofa for lounging. the staff were very helpful and quick to assist with my luggage!

inconsistent housekeeping restocked minibar
the suite was spacious and generally well-kept.
Housekeeping was inconsistent. One day, the room was not cleaned until late afternoon. also, the minibar was not restocked despite requests, the staff didn't seem to care about it, this was very annoying

spacious room comfortable bed great water pressure
the room was large and spacious with a very comfortable bed. it was also clean. the large bathroom included a shower head that had great water pressure.

cheap pastries inconvenient housekeeping
my stay wasn't completely terrible, but a few things were off. the advertised pastries from room service tasted exactly like the starbucks ones downstairs. also, housekeeping always seemed to arrive at the most inconvenient times. i reminded me of i was constantly waiting in the hallway for them to finish, or they just wouldn't show up at all, even after i requested it early in the morning.
